Most of mine get rejected for noise or because they have too many of that photo already. I can recommend
http://www.the3dstudio.com/product_search.aspx?id_author=446732&id_affiliate=446732

They are new to the stock photography side, currently selling 3d work. That means they have less photos and need to build up their pool. They have great customer service and the artist gets 40-60% of the sale price. Most of my stuff turned down by other stock companies has already sold there. They don't have the multiple licensing options though. But when you add it up, it works out better in the end, for both photographer and consumer. I usually get about $7.00 per download.
References :
http://www.the3dstudio.com/product_search.aspx?id_author=446732&id_affiliate=446732

There are a thousand and one reasons for them not being accepted.
From being the wrong subjects to being wrong resolutions etc.
Impossible to say without seeing the shots or reasons for the rejections.

Basically though, ensure you follow their submission guidelines.
If it says they don't want flower shots then don't submit flower shots.
If it says no "shopping" then don't.
If it gives a minimum resolution and file size then don't submit smaller ones.
etc etc
References :
You need a camera that has shutter speed control. I suggest the Fuji S1500. Very good image quality.
Has shutter/aperture priority, a viewfinder and is very good on batteries.
$177+shipping at Buydig. Check out Adorama, B&H Photo, Abe's of Maine, Beach Camera and Amazon.com
