Andrea Crabbe was born in Hartland,

New Brunswick, in 1976.

After studying at the

University of Calgary

she returned East in 1995 to

study photography at the NBCCD.

During this time she audited classes at

Concordia University,

completed an internship at the

National Gallery of Canada,

and participated in 5 photography exhibitions.

Andrea graduated from

the NBCCD in 1998 and in the Spring of 2000

began pursuing her dream of forming a

photography co-operative: SilverFish.
